As a developer and owner, Denny Cherette understood the importance of protecting the significant investments made by both himself and his investors. He committed substantial resources to building a management organization grounded in the owner’s perspective—one that understands the importance of accountability, efficiency, service, and long-term value.
In 1993, Denny co-founded IPA Management and served as its president and partner until early 2012. Under his leadership, the firm became a market leader in both West Michigan and Phoenix, Arizona. During his tenure, IPA Management was named Management Company of the Year by the Property Management Association of Michigan on three occasions.
Today, Cherette Group continues to apply these proven principles to every property it manages. Our team is committed to serving residents and commercial tenants promptly and exceeding their expectations.
