Cherette Group led the project from early-stage site assembly through design, financing, construction, and lease-up. The work began with the consolidation of multiple parcels and the resolution of title, easement, and environmental matters, setting the foundation for a coordinated development process. From there, Cherette Group oversaw site design and engineering, market research, architecture and amenity planning, financing, construction, and leasing, with ongoing management provided by Cherette Property Management.

The community is positioned in a walkable area with convenient access to local shopping and dining, as well as direct connections to downtown Grand Rapids, Grand Valley State University, and RiverTown Crossings.
