When a local hospital system required additional medical office space, Cherette Group led the development of a 53,000-square-foot Class A multi-tenant medical office building designed to support a range of clinical and outpatient services.
The project required close coordination with multiple providers to create a facility that could accommodate diverse medical uses, including laboratory services, imaging, pharmacy, and specialty practices. A master lease structure was established with the hospital system, providing long-term stability for the asset.

The building was delivered with a focus on functionality, efficiency, and long-term adaptability to meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers.
