Todd Kamps, SIOR/CCIM
Todd Kamps, SIOR/CCIM, is an Associate Broker at Cherette Group. He works directly with exclusive clients to complete transactions that align with their investment criteria. Todd has extensive transaction and consulting experience involving acquisitions, dispositions, and investment strategies across the United States.
For more than 20 years, Todd has provided clients with a wide range of services, including financial analysis, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, strategic planning, and portfolio dispositions. He has extensive expertise in multi-state acquisitions and dispositions for large industrial portfolios, investment sales of office, retail, and industrial properties, as well as leasing and land acquisitions.
Todd serves on the Board of Directors for the SIOR Michigan Chapter, is a committee member for the National SIOR organization, and is a former president of the CCIM Michigan Chapter.
