Sharlene Shineldecker
Sharlene Shineldecker is the Chief Operations Officer of Cherette Group. She has more than 36 years of experience in the title insurance industry and specializes in large commercial transactions and developments, including planned unit developments (PUDs), multifamily communities, condominiums, and senior housing.
Throughout her career, community engagement has been an important focus, and she continues that commitment as a member of the Board of Directors for the Muskegon Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce. As an owner and director of a large title agency, she has been directly involved in all aspects of business operations. Shar was the only female founding member of Transnation Title Agency of Michigan. Through her determination and leadership, she has inspired and paved the way for young women to build successful careers in a traditionally male-dominated industry.
