Olivia is a Development Associate who plays an integral role in supporting projects from early planning through execution. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University, where she developed a strong foundation in construction principles, project coordination, and cost analysis—skills that continue to shape her work today.
In her current role, Olivia supports a wide range of responsibilities that contribute to successful project outcomes, including market research, data tracking, and project planning. Her background in construction management allows her to approach development from both a practical and strategic perspective, enabling her to understand the broader vision while effectively managing the technical details required to bring projects to life.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys cooking, reading, spending time with family, and exploring the outdoors.
