Keria Shineldecker
Keria Shineldecker is the Director of Executive Operations at Cherette Group, bringing more than a decade of experience in title insurance and real estate. A natural leader and organizational problem solver, she excels at fostering collaboration and implementing efficient strategies that drive the company’s goals forward.
Driven by strong values and a strong work ethic, Keria is passionate about community development and housing initiatives throughout West Michigan. She serves on the Board of Directors for Greater Muskegon Woman's Club and participates in LEAD Muskegon, reflecting her commitment to making a meaningful impact in her community.
Keria holds an Associate of General Studies degree from Baker College and continues to apply her expertise and leadership to support the success of Cherette Group and the communities it serves.
